Winter Workouts INDOOR & OUTDOOR options

2012-05-26 12.42.56Our OUTDOOR stroller based cardio workout focuses on varied intervals whilst moving throughout Prospect Park, Park Slope, allowing the geography of the park to create our highs & lows.   In addition to strength, we focus on developing cardiovascular endurance.  Exercises include (and are not exclusive to) push ups, tricep-dips, leg lifts and light jogging. Parents/caregivers of all fitness levels are welcome to join us.   Babies/toddlers are happily secure in their strollers during  this workout. Stroller required. Suitable, supportive sneakers (for adults) are advised.  Suitable for babies from 6 weeks old – 2 years. Sleeping babies are welcome.  Expectant mothers are also welcome. If you are concerned whether this workout is suitable for you please email: joanna@bodiesynergy.co m or babiesynergy@gmail.com and we will answer all your questions.

Monday         10.15 – 11am – OUTDOOR

Thursday       10.30 – 11.15am – INDOOR by email invitation

Where do we meet?:

OUTDOOR: We meet on the bench @ the 11th Street entrance on Prospect Park West.  Prospect Park, Park Slope, Brooklyn.

INDOOR: Park Slope Indoor location details are confirmed personally via email each week.

How Much:

Please email babiesynergy@gmail.com for current fee information. Gift certificates and multiple-class passes available upon request.

For your first workout please arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to the start time to read & sign a participation waiver. This will be kept on file for all future workouts,  as an insurance policy requirement. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Our WINTER Schedule is in full effective & looking forward to springtime.

We have TWO fitness programs available.  Our OUTDOOR stroller based workout & our INDOOR bootcamp for babies & toddlers with their parents.  Both programs have been created to enhance the bond with your growing child as you grow your strength and fitness.

babiesynergy goes walkabout  – our OUTDOOR stroller-based workout (babies from 6 weeks  to 2 years)

Stroller required. We recommend you wear suitable and supportive workout sneakers, bring a full water bottle, and have eaten 30-60 mins prior to our workouts.  Outdoor Workouts are weather permitting.  Cancellation emails are sent out 1-2 hours prior to the workout.  Please join our email list to be kept informed with the latest information.  Email: babiesynergy@gmail.com

Walking babies are welcome, as the indoor location, Parkers Place, is a private day care and completely child friendly and safe.

NOW on MONDAY evenings 6.30pm… 

time to bring out the stroller, pack the diaper bag, water bottle (for you) and head to the park for an inspiring workout, sharing quality bonding time with your baby/ies & mother nature.

Babiesynergy goes walkabout is a Stroller based, cardio workout designed for you to regain your pre-pregnancy confidence, feel amazing & meet parents in your neighborhood going through similar life experiences.  We will be moving throughout Prospect Park.

Babies of all ages (as long as they are happy to be in the stroller) are welcome and both parents are encouraged to join the workout.

Full Schedule:

Monday 6.30pm – 7.30pm

Thursday 2pm-3pm

Saturday 1230pm-130pm

Location:
