4 week Series starts Tuesday 14th February 2017

When: Tuesdays 10.15-11am Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn NY 11218 Where:                          Private home on 18th street.  Perfectly situated in the middle of Park Slope/Windsor Terrace/South Slope areas of  Brooklyn.

Reservations are required on a weekly basis starting Tuesday 14th February. Reservations are open for 14th, 21st, 28th February & 7th March via email: joanna@bodiesynergy.com & a confirmation will be sent with all details & directions. All reservations are subject to a 12 hour cancellation policy.

Lets get you started! You’ll need; your baby (or babies 6 weeks-18 months are welcome),  a full water bottle, suitable workout clothing & supportive sneakers are a good idea.

Yoga mats will be provided, however if you prefer to bring your own you are welcome to do so.

Sleeping babies are welcome.

Your partners are welcome to workout with you & baby.

Expectant parents are welcome to all our workouts.

Directions:

Subway: F & G Trains to 15th street Prospect Park

Car: Street side parking is available

Cost: Our drop-in fee is $25.  4 week Series Package : $80

For your first workout please arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to the start time to read & sign a participation waiver. This will be kept on file for all future workouts,  as an insurance policy requirement. Thank you for your understanding and patience. babiesynergy outdoor stroller workout is ON: Tuesdays 10.30am

our workout is designed for pregnant Mothers & ALL new parents. With 8 + years of experience leading you through a safe, effective dynamic workout as we enjoy connecting with mother nature & making the most of the spring & summer sunshine.

Meeting at 15th street entrance to Prospect Park. 45 min. workout on the move. Finishing right where we start.

Our 2015 Spring Schedule launches with Mondays 10.30am  OUTDOOR Stroller Workouts in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, meeting at 15th street entrance on Prospect Park West.

A participation waiver will be available at the beginning of the first workout & kept on file for all future babiesynergy & bodiesynergy workouts.
